After you accept our quotation, we issue a proforma invoice stating the order details, amount and currency.
Transfer the amount to the bank account shown on that invoice. The account name must read PT Veritas Overseas Commodities.
Send us your transfer receipt, such as a SWIFT copy, so we can verify the payment faster.
We start processing your order once the funds are received and verified. Quality control and shipping then follow as described above.
After full payment is confirmed, the original Bill of Lading (sea freight) or Air Waybill (air freight) is released and sent to you by international courier, with the tracking number shared in advance of arrival.
Two Indonesian varieties, two very different profiles.
Planifolia (13–21 cm, dark brown to black) carries 2% to 4.3% vanillin and a warm, balsamic character. It is the usual choice for extract, baking, ice cream and chocolate. Tahitensis (13–16 cm, shorter and plumper, from Papua) carries 1.0% to 1.5% vanillin with a floral, fruity profile that suits perfumery, gourmet desserts and premium pastry. For classic vanilla strength, start with Planifolia. If aroma and finish matter more, sample Tahitensis.

1 fold is standard-strength extract. 2 fold has twice the flavor concentration and 3 fold has three times, so a formulator can use less per batch for the same vanilla character. Our extracts come alcohol-based (35% food-grade ethanol) or alcohol-free, the latter suited to halal products and alcohol-restricted labels. Paste follows the same folds and adds finely ground seeds for visible specks.
Why a bean's grade is decided before it is picked.
Gourmet beans are fully mature (100%), harvested at 8 to 9 months for maximum aroma and vanillin. Grade A is 95% to 100% mature, Grade B 85% to 95%, and Grade C 70% to 85%, which suits bulk extraction. After harvest the beans are cured, dried, conditioned and graded, then vacuum-packed for export. Match the grade to what your product needs.
